We are looking for experienced Shop Fitters with a proven background in retail and high-end commercial fit-outs.
????️ About the Role:
You'll be working on boutique retail stores, hospitality venues, and designer commercial spaces across the Perth metro area. The role involves both factory-based work and on-site installations.
Installation of custom joinery, counters, feature walls, shelving & displays
Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings and site plans
Working closely with site managers, project leads, and other trades
Delivering high-end finishes with minimal rework or defects
Meeting deadlines while maintaining top-tier quality
Retail and high-end shop fitting experience (essential)
Trade qualification in cabinet making or carpentry
Ability to read and execute from technical plans
Full set of tools and a valid driver's licence
Strong work ethic, presentation, and communication skills
Immediate start with consistent high-quality projects
Great hourly rates based on skill and experience, Casual ABN or Full Time
Exposure to top-tier retail and commercial fit-outs
Work with a professional and well-organised team
