My client is an insurance builder based in Brisbane who have a strong focus on supporting their staff and delivering quality services.
About the role:
Due to growth in the business they are looking for an experienced repair coordinator to join the team! As part of this role you will be running your own small claims and working closely with their experienced supervisors on their larger claims.
- Update notes to internal and client portals
- Prepare and provide documentation relating to the claim
- Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
- Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
About you:
- Min 1 year experience in the role or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Prime preferred but not mandatory
