We're a custom stair-building company based in South Geelong with a strong reputation for craftsmanship and innovation. We've just invested in a brand-new MultiCAM CNC machine, and now we're on the hunt for a skilled operator and programmer who can help us make the most of this exciting addition.

But we're not just looking for a CNC tech - we're after someone who knows CNC programming, can operate the machinery, and has experience drafting with BricsCAD. Ideally, you'll have enough expertise to help guide us as we level up our capabilities and streamline production.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating and programming our new MultiCAM CNC machine

• Drafting detailed stair designs and components using BricsCAD

• Collaborating with our skilled team to improve workflows and production quality

• Helping us understand and optimize our use of the CNC tech

• Bringing ideas and solutions to a team that's ready to learn and evolve

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with CNC operation & programming (MultiCAM experience a big plus)

• Strong drafting skills using BricsCAD (or similar CAD software)

• A willingness to share knowledge and help a team grow

• Attention to detail and a love for precision craftsmanship

• Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
