Company Description

I am working with a well established large Electrical contractor who have constantly been delivering major projects for years. They work with some of the nations biggest builders and have and will continue to deliver iconic projects.

Due to recent project wins, as well as a solid pipeline of exciting projects lasting for years to come, they are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee a team of Electrical Project Managers working across large tier projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager located in Sydney. The role involves overseeing and managing large electrical packages on large projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and budgeting projects, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and design & engineering, project delivery and estimating teams to achieve project goals.

Tier 1 projects across a variety of commercial and infrastructure projects.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in the electrical delivery of large projects -Ideally over $15m Electrical value
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage construction projects effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Proven ability to lead a team of Project Managers
