Are you a skilled Fire Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? At Marble, we're currently partnering with some of NSW's most respected fire protection contractors-Tier 1 and Tier 2 businesses-who are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of high-quality fire services across commercial, residential, healthcare, and government projects.

About the Role:
As a Fire Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing fire protection projects from start to finish. You'll oversee client relationships, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with Australian Standards, and deliver sprinkler, hydrant, detection, and suppression systems to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle for fire protection systems
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to spec
• Manage subcontractors and site operations
• Ensure WHS compliance and conduct risk assessments
• Attend site meetings and resolve on-site issues

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience as a Fire Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of wet and dry fire systems
• Familiarity with BCA and Australian Standards (AS1851, AS2419, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple or large-scale projects
• Fire Protection License or trade background highly regarded
