Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to provide updates on the progress of their new home construction
  • Managing all project-related tasks, ensuring the accuracy of documentation from deposit through to site commencement
  • Performing administrative duties associated with the colour selection process with a high level of precision
  • Addressing and resolving conditions or queries related to building approvals by liaising with appropriate departments, Certifiers, or local Councils
  • Lodging Covenant Approvals as required
  • Completing all necessary administrative tasks to ensure the smooth progression of customer projects
  • Assisting with contract presentation appointments when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • A solid understanding of the residential construction industry
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • A customer-focused approach, paired with professional personal presentation
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A self-motivated, results-driven individual who can work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
