Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining regular communication with customers to provide updates on the progress of their new home construction
- Managing all project-related tasks, ensuring the accuracy of documentation from deposit through to site commencement
- Performing administrative duties associated with the colour selection process with a high level of precision
- Addressing and resolving conditions or queries related to building approvals by liaising with appropriate departments, Certifiers, or local Councils
- Lodging Covenant Approvals as required
- Completing all necessary administrative tasks to ensure the smooth progression of customer projects
- Assisting with contract presentation appointments when needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role
- A solid understanding of the residential construction industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- A customer-focused approach, paired with professional personal presentation
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual who can work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
