Hours and roster

You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that work together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.

• 38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start and finish times)
• Monday to Friday
• Work from home 2 days per week
• Required to work from the office on Tuesdays

The role

Reporting into the AP Supervisor you'll enjoy working closely with a team of 9 including 4 AP specialists. Duties and responsibilities in the role will include;-

• Timely processing of vendor invoices and credit notes
• Accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor statements
• Support in relation to escalated invoice mismatches
• Support issue resolution in relation to vendor payments and send requests for credit notes
• Support month end close activities
• Support intercompany reconciliation
• Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
• Responsible for general support of BA and Country Finance through the AP process

Your value

You will come from a background working in an accounts payable role working for a medium to large scale business working with a broad scope of suppliers. You will also showcase the following attributes;-

• Strong customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to problem solve
• Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised
• Financial accounts systems experience
• Highly organised, dedicated to the role and able to priorities
• SAP, Aurora or Baseware is highly advantageous (but not essential)
