Hours and roster
You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that work together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.
- 38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start and finish times)
- Monday to Friday
- Work from home 2 days per week
- Required to work from the office on Tuesdays
The role
Reporting into the AP Supervisor you'll enjoy working closely with a team of 9 including 4 AP specialists. Duties and responsibilities in the role will include;-
- Timely processing of vendor invoices and credit notes
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor statements
- Support in relation to escalated invoice mismatches
- Support issue resolution in relation to vendor payments and send requests for credit notes
- Support month end close activities
- Support intercompany reconciliation
- Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
- Responsible for general support of BA and Country Finance through the AP process
Your value
You will come from a background working in an accounts payable role working for a medium to large scale business working with a broad scope of suppliers. You will also showcase the following attributes;-
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to problem solve
- Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised
- Financial accounts systems experience
- Highly organised, dedicated to the role and able to priorities
- SAP, Aurora or Baseware is highly advantageous (but not essential)
