About the Company:
This domestic builder are one of the leading residential construction company's dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-designed homes across VIC. With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, they are seeking a talented Draftsperson to support their design and construction teams in delivering accurate and build-ready documentation.

The Role:
As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing precise architectural drawings, documentation, and plans for a range of residential projects including single and double-storey homes, renovations, and townhouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed working drawings and construction documentation using the relevant software

• Interpret and refine architectural designs to meet council regulations and client expectations

• Collaborate closely with builders, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders

• Make amendments as required throughout the approval and construction process

• Ensure all documentation complies with NCC, Australian Standards, and local council requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson in the residential construction sector (2+ years preferred) within Australia

• Proficiency in Revit and or ArchiCAD can be considered

• Solid understanding of Australian construction codes and standards

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Relevant qualifications in drafting or building design
