The Role:
You will be working out of the Brooklyn Branch in Melbourne. You will be working close with the national service team, some of your duties are below:
- Conduct analysis of contract costs, service sales, freight costs, and inventory holding
- Provide ongoing reporting to key customers and internal management
- Model business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of annual budgets
- Track freight costs and recommend improvements
- Monitor KPIs, report on trends, and provide actionable insights
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication
Your Skills & Experience:
You must come from a background working with SAP and experienced in the following areas:
- Advanced in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Excellent report writing and administration skills
- Knowledge of mechanical handling, port, or industrial operations industries (highly advantageous)
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
- Critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
