My client are known in the insurance building industry for having a passion for excellence and caring for their people! As an ever growing business they are looking for a HR superstar to join their team!
About the role:
As a HR/ Office Manager they are looking for someone to come in on a full time basis to take over their HR and office management duties. This role is only a dual role temporarily before becoming a full time HR position. In this role you will be reporting to the CEO directly and covering all HR related situations within the business and light office management responsibilities.
- All internal onboarding/ offboarding
- Assisting in recruitment needs
- Monitoring trade compliance - chasing up expired documents etc
- Preparing employee contracts
- Scheduling performance reviews
- Assisting with procurement of trades
- Ensuring leave requests go through the right channels
- General ADHOC tasks
About you:
- Experience in a HR based role is crucial however construction related industry experience is not mandatory
- Bachelor in Human Resources or similar
- General HR knowledge through experience
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to pitch in where needed
