Position Summary:

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand / Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of subdivision projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and organising work schedules and ensuring efficient workflow
• Supervising and managing a team of tradespeople
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
• Assisting in the preparation of project estimates and budgets
• Providing support to the project manager as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of construction techniques and standards
• A positive and growth-oriented mindset
