My client is a leading residential home builder dedicated to creating exceptional living spaces that reflect quality craftsmanship, innovation, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
With a rich history of delivering outstanding homes, they are seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic team and be the welcoming face of the company!
The role:
You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and team members. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring that they receive a warm and professional welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments when needed.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support various office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
