A leading civil and commercial landscaping company in Melbourne's north seeks a driven and experienced Landscape Project Manager to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of parks, playgrounds, reserves, streetscapes, wetlands, and more.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage diverse greenfield landscaping projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and ensure exceptional quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to bring landscape visions to life.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, maximizing crew performance.
• Ensure adherence to WHS regulations and maintain a safe worksite.
• Be the primary client and stakeholder contact, providing clear communication and updates.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A strong understanding of landscape construction principles, design concepts, and WHS regulations.
• A valid working at heights certificate and white card are highly desirable.
• Experience with civil and/or commercial landscape projects is a plus.
• A passion for creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes.
