The company:

This company, a leader in civil and commercial landscaping in Melbourne's north, is seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join their growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse range of greenfield projects, shaping the future of parks, playgrounds, reserves, streetscapes, wetlands, and more.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for landscape construction crews
• Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned projects
• Interpret and implement landscape plans and specifications
• Order and manage materials and equipment
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of landscape construction principles and WHS regulations
• A valid working at heights certificate and white card are highly desirable
• Experience with civil and/or commercial landscape projects is a plus
• A passion for creating beautiful and functional green spaces
