The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, he has been with the company a very long time, a wealth of knowledge and support. He will push you to be the best you can, and needs someone reliable and skilled in building new homes.

Work in a small close-knit team of site supervisors managing the construction of new residential homes. Make friends and develop your skill set, this is a really fantastic working environment. You will be managing multiple construction sites in closed estates throughout South Western Corridor.

The new role will involve:

• Managing multiple construction sites
• Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures and adhered to at all times
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects run to schedule
• Provide construction progress updates, WHS reports to head office

You will ideally have the following criteria:

• Previous Supervisory experience in a volume market
• Strong computer skills - able to operate an onsite construction application
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Trade qualification
• Longevity with previous employers
• Outgoing, friendly personality
