As a result of extremely strong client relationships, our Perth team is currently looking to welcome a highly driven Account Manager.

Your days will be spent working alongside experienced recruiters and proactively networking to source quality candidate options to a well-established client base within the mining sector. You will have access to a well-developed and structured database and benefit from numerous innovative talent sourcing techniques.

Your skills and attributes

• Very strong relationship building skills and evidence working in a phone-based role
• A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive industry
• Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role, working to set targets
• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality in person and over the phone
• Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication skills and well presented
• An inquisitive nature required to understand the nuances of a niche market that maybe unfamiliar to you (don't stress, we do provide thorough training on this!)
