Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Various Locations in Sydney (CBD, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Southern Suburbs)

Hourly rate: $45 per hour + Super + OT + Company Vehicle

Hours of work: 6:30am-3pm (with the flexibility of over time)

Position Type: Temporary (Ongoing long-term project)

Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to undertake essential plumbing tasks related to maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate should possess a Certificate IV in Plumbing along with essential certifications, including TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) and Backflow Prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Plumbing.
• Valid plumbing license.
• TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) certification.
• Backflow Prevention certification.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
