Field service Auto Sparky role on a 9-day fortnightly roster, working various locations across Sydney. Permanent position with long term job security!

The Roster and Hours

• 9-day fortnight roster
• 12-hour days
• Opportunity for overtime where possible (factoring in fatigue management on site)

The Role

Enjoy working in the Sydney region where your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Auto electrical repairs and maintenance of mobile mining equipment
• Working autonomously in the field; attending breakdowns and onsite servicing
• Working on a variety of equipment brands and models across mine sites in the New England region
• Fully serviced UTE and major tooling supplied

Your value & experience

You will be a Cert III Auto Electrician and have at least 2 years experience working in civil earthmoving, underground or open cut mining. You will also:

• Have a strong level of experience attending to breakdowns and problem solving
• Thrive off working in a field service role where no day will be the same
• Focused on ssafety and a high quality of work
• A strong level of CAT & Hitachi earthmoving equipment (highly regarded)
• AC tickets (highly regarded)
