Company Summary:

My client is a luxury developer builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects in excess of $70m+ specialising in the commercial and residential project market. This organisation had a successful 2023 and have already been very busy with projects in 2024! This truly is looking like a strong year for my client, who also have a strong pipeline of work lined up for the next 2-3 years.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for an experience Estimator with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, loyal, honest, dedicated, determined to succeed and reliable to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 years industry experience running your own projects $20M - $50M+
• Previous experience on education projects advantageous
