About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will effictely manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000 range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, including but not limited to the following:

• Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Preparation of project documentation.
• Scheduling appointments and diary management.
• Liaise with Project Manager daily.
• Register new jobs.
• Ensure regular client updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
• Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance.

About you

To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience in a repair coordinator or similar role in the insurance building industry and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Results focused and self-driven nature.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
