My client is a national builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 65 years of proven success delivering projects up to $100M+ specialising in the commercial project market. This organisation has already had a successful 2022 and well and truly geared up for an incredible start to 2023 and beyond!

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Their target industry sectors including health, defence, education and much more.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects $60M+
