This builder is looking for a new Sales Consultant to join their team on Brisbane's Northside in a brand new flagship display.

About you!

You will be an experienced New Home Sales Consultant who will bring 4+ years experience having worked for a new home builder in the Queensland market. The successful consultant will have a warm and energetic personality along with a passion for the industry.

Given this is a high performing centre, the type of consultant that would suit this position best would be someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys a challenge and is experienced in managing their workbook effectively in order to achieve maximum results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet prospective buyers on site to discuss requirements and plans
  • Build strong relationships with developers and land sales offices in Brisbane's North
  • Lead customers through design, tendering and council signing process to contract signing
  • Build a profitable database of customers
  • Provide client files to the operations team with a high level of accuracy

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets / KPI's (100 deposits per annum)
  • 4+ year's project /custom homes experience
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have had exposure to plans and how to read these
  • Experience in KDRB and Acreage required
