You'll need to have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment assistant or administration role
- Strong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in creating content/collateral with graphic design software (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- An awareness of "best practice" social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- An analytical mind and high level of tech savviness
- The ability to quickly pick up new systems, and experience using CRMs/customer database software
- Dedication and passion for organisation and an eye for perfection
- A high level of initiative
- An outgoing and bubbly personality; a willingness to pick up the phone and engage with our client and candidate networks
- Exceptional verbal communication and corporate presentation
- (Preferable) Degree qualification in Marketing or Business
The role will involve:
- Assisting our friendly team of consultants with professional branding and day-to-day marketing initiatives
- Scoping opportunity for EDM campaigns
- Talent attraction including lead generation and screening, making use of our industry-leading tools and strategies
- Implementation of initiatives in our EDM and recruitment automation software
- Formatting of templated client collateral (flyers, CVs, capability statements, rates proposals, etc.)
- Content creation and copywriting (with guidance and support from senior team members)
- Website updates (WordPress)
- Creation of digital/graphical assets for social media and EDMs
- Development and implementation of marketing and business development calendars
- General upkeep of our database to improve EDM and automation efficiency
