The Role

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the new role will involve:

• Completing all building estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted time lines
• Creating BOQs
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent customer service skills, supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved.

You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 1-5+ year's experience within the Australian Residential Construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Construction knowledge and a trade background
• Competency with Microsoft Office and experience working with an estimating system (Databuild) is proffered but not essential. None Databuild skilled applicants should still apply.
