The Company

A new division of a major project home builder, this is a fresh approach to the market. Simple, yet stylish designs that appeal to the new generation, plus those downsizing - really clever designs and great for social, modern living.

The company staff are all experienced in the market, bringing their experience from other builders here. You would be well supported, and have the team to answer any questions or guide you.

Very exciting future growth plans, a huge market share and land banks at hand.

The Role

The display home is based in Wallis Creek, working 5 days a week from a display centre which is open 10am - 5pm. This includes Saturday and Sunday, with 2 consecutive days off in the week. You will have a sales assistant to help over the weekends and on your days off.

They have very strong marketing and excellent reputation, new development with plenty to sell!

The new role will involve:

  • Being proactive to source and capture leads, work online, build relationships with developers and industry connections
  • Reading plans, understanding site costs and council regulations
  • Working with the in-house mortgage broker to determine finance approvals
  • Greeting customers, finding out what stage of building they are up to, finding a design to match their needs
  • High number of outbound calls

What you need

You will ideally have the following criteria:

  • Previous experience as a new homes sales consultant
  • Evidence to support sales success in previous roles
  • Ability to build quick relationships and close the sale
  • Construction knowledge and a trade background favoured but not essential
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
  • Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills;
  • Well developed organisational and client management capabilities
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills

The Rewards

  • Earn up to $110k - $150k plus annually
  • Base salary of $45k plus super + commissions
  • Sliding commission structure: from $3k to $5k per sale
