We're looking for a high performing CA to join a National Contractor who specialise in services heavy, niche projects

Join a dynamic team at a National Construction Company based in the vibrant city of Melbourne. This company places a huge focus on service heavy projects in which they're built and aims to deliver them with excellence and integrity. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to contribute to their continued success. If you have experience in health or data centre projects and are skilled in managing project close-out phases, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and administer construction contracts for assigned projects.

· Oversee the end phases of projects, including handover, commissioning, and project close-out.

· Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.

· Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and variations.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

· Assist in the procurement and negotiation of subcontractor agreements.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience in contract administration within the commercial construction industry.

· A background in health / laboratory projects is highly regarded but not essential.

· Strong knowledge of project close-out processes.

· Experience in overseeing services packages is a plus.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
