Landscaping Project Manager

Location: Office located in the inner Suburbs of Melbourne

My client is a leading sustainable landscaping company specialising in wetland and creek restoration, park and reserve development, and nursery construction. With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, they are dedicated to creating beautiful and ecologically responsible outdoor spaces.

About the Role:

As a Landscaping Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final implementation. Your expertise in sustainable landscaping practices will be essential in ensuring that their projects meet the highest environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple landscaping projects, including wetland construction, park and reserve development, and nursery construction.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or issues that may arise.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscaping project management.
• Strong knowledge of wetland and creek restoration techniques.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainable landscaping and environmental conservation.
