This position encourages a qualified tradesman who has stepped up into luxury townhouse supervising. If you have solid experience within Vic's residential construction industry and value a collaborative and supportive work environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sub-contractors on site
• Completion of all projects within budget, time and standards
• Maintain impeccable standards in OHS
• Ensure program measures are being me and clients are always kept up to date

What do you need:

• 3+ years of experience in residential site manager
• Strong people management and customer liaison ability
• A strong trade base in the Northern suburbs
• A qualification in a relevant trade
