Leading Hand Electrician

Position: Leading Hand Electrician
Location: Brisbane CBD
Rate: $52 per hour
Contract: Temporary with potential for Permanent Contract

About the Role:

A prominent electrical company in Brisbane is on the lookout for experienced and motivated Leading Hand Electricians to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and executing commercial fit-outs across Brisbane CBD. We are seeking skilled professionals who can lead a team effectively and deliver high-quality electrical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians on commercial fit-out projects.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Provide hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Current electrical license and relevant certifications.
