A majority Aboriginal owned business, offering construction, maintenance and commercial services across the Pilbara and surrounding lands. The Project Manager / Maintenance Facilities Manager will oversee the day to day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively manage maintenance budgets & contractual agreements.
- Ensuring all activities projects and activities within the business are performed are in accordance with agreed scope and are 100% compliance with safety, risk assessment etc.
- Effectively manage projects
- Regularly provide reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
- Technical or trade related background with multi-site management experience
- Proven track record in Project Management / Maintenance Management
- Superb communication, time management and people skills
- Strong administration
- Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
