Here at Marble you’re not just another graduate, you are a Marble Consultant! We offer warm desks to encourage our consultants to take ownership and excel in their work. But don’t be worried we know it can be daunting at first so in the first 12 weeks new consultants are mentored by a friendly senior member of the team. In this time you will attend client meetings, candidate interviews and team meetings until you’re ready to start on your own!
